TERMS OF PREPAYMENT

Prepayment terms

To confirm the reservation, guests must prepay 50% of the total booking cost.

During the New Year holidays period, the prepayment is 100%.

The remaining amount for the chalet stay must be paid upon check-in.

In case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to the prepayment amount will be charged.

Check-In Rules

Upon check-in at the chalet, guests must pay 100% of the total cost for the entire reserved period.

The final payment for the chalet stay is made during check-in.

If guests leave the chalet earlier than scheduled, the payment for the unused days is non-refundable.

Chalet services can be paid in cash or via bank transfer to a card.

Cancellation and Prepayment Refund Policy

If the booking is canceled more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled check-in date, the payment will be refunded in full minus 10% of the total amount.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer to a bank account (or card) in UAH.

If the reservation is canceled less than 14 calendar days before check-in, the prepayment is non-refundable but can be used as a deposit for future bookings.
